History

The company was established as a private establishment under the name of “Al Surf Establishment” – and began work with a force of less than 100 employees to deploy a contract with Asir Province Police Department under the scope of the provision of janitorial services

After the initial opening contract with General Security agencies, the company continued to delve into other government and private projects all under the general scope of Support Services – including, but not limited to, janitorial services, tea and coffee services, housekeeping, landscaping, building maintenance and operations, and more.

In 1992, the company expanded with the introduction of construction on its official commercial registry and implementation of new contracts with government and private entities to address their projects in the construction industry. This implementation of the new division was accompanied by change of the company’s registry in the commercial registers from a private establishment to that of a limited liability company, with the newly assigned name of “South Eagle Construction Co. Ltd.

It was during this period (from 1998 to 2005 and beyond) that the company ventured into multiple ventures of business development – with investments in various restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and other relative elements of the food and beverage industry. Each endeavor proved successful, and the company opted to turnover these projects at the opportune time for each.

Under the direction and supervision of a professional life-time security specialist of local high repute, the company has ventured into the field of provision of security guards services for the public, government and private sectors alike.

With the turn of 2016, the company ventured into a completely different field – that of manufacturing medical devices, with its support financially and logistically of the set up of the DIAEAGLE factory in Jeddah. This has since separated from South Eagle and developed into its own independent identity.

In 2017, South Eagle added a valued member to its advisory board and team of consultants when it signed on a professional in the field of Sustainability – including important links with training options for USGBC, SGBC, and LEED certification.
