Introduction

South Eagle Construction Co. Ltd. is a multi-faceted company registered and located in Saudi Arabia. It was founded by Saied Mohammed AlSurf, a Saudi citizen, in 1984 as a private establishment under the name of “Al-Surf Establishment” – and at that time operated in only one aspect of service provision – that of Support Services (namely janitorial and building maintenance and structural operations).

Since then it has grown to involve many registered activities which has been the basis of the branching out into 3 main categories of divisions – Support Services, Construction, and Security Guards.

Other activities in the past have included restaurant and catering operations, bakeries and supermarkets, retail activities and others.

Two of the most recent expansions of the company has involved entering into manufacturing and real estate development, with inclusion of sustainability in design, presentation and implementation.
